I’ve been working on a new design for the last few months, and I’m almost finished! In fact, I hope to finish the knitting part by Friday. I really should’ve gotten it done before now, but there’s been so much going on…

The design, which I am calling Cathedrals, was one of those God inspirations. The pattern came together perfectly, and the name comes from one of my favorite songs. I’ll write more about that when I release the pattern.

It’s interesting because as I’ve been designing it, a lot of really big, hard things have happened in my life. So when I look at the project and the process of designing and knitting it, I think about the process God’s been taking me through this year. And I’m amazed because if I can plan every stitch in my design to turn into something beautiful, how much more can God plan beautiful things for my life?
